I just noticed there's an eagle sound everytime she sings 'freedom' in  the chorus of Freedom 

The delusional hate is forced 

As a stan since Animal, this feels like an updated return to form  Gag Order is too heavy for regular rotation and High Road has a weird forced / fake happiness to it, but this sounds like she was genuinely happy and smiling recording it

Too Hard instantly clicked for me

Okay well that's enough for me not to buy it hope someone who gets it soon can confirm. Considering the 24-bit isn't actually hitting 22kHZ except for some parts it's not even worth it to buy it on wax again imo. Even if it is pretty…

I only listened to the chicken once (promised myself I wouldn’t ruin the album release too much) and WHEW. I’m so happy. Everything sounds fresh and dripping with energy, including the pre-releases.

 

Was a little sad to see Freedom being lower on people’s lists as I find it irresistibly catchy. No one does playful talk/singing like Kesha does. “And I’m drunk right now” just scratches my brain every time. 
 

Not that this needs to be reiterated, animals know just how versatile Kesha is, but she really hasn’t met a genre or style that doesn’t work for her. The synth pop on this album is so lush and I love the little nuances of her vocal delivery (like the verses of Too Hard )

 

Cathedral further solidifying Kesha’s claim to the ballad throne. She never just makes a song for the hell of it, or at least that’s how it feels. Even her most traditionally structured and produced songs have immense personality. That’s artistry to me, that’s Kesha 

 

I would love a deluxe at some point, but this works so well as a concise and liberating album. Very very happy.

 

Why does her YT not showing a full album?

 

I wanted to waste electricity and play her in the background while on my phone.

it was recorded in 2019. She makes a reference to booking her cruise, and her label asking her to make hits.

nah i think lyrically, Joyride is the only logical track 2 after Freedom. its her wanting and having the joy in literally doing whatever she wants after having her freedom. id put Attention as track 3 though, after Joyride. or a little further down the album around songs like The One, Glow or Boy Crazy
