But, in this context, isn't it a little bit insane to bring that up when someone is literally reporting that a racist cow is calling Black women illiterate and strippers. And I'm sure you actually know the deep connotations those two words carry when used against Black women. Aren't you actually comparing and equating two forms of misogyny just like Jay07 also did when they brought up the Kesha/Beyoncé situation?

 

idk, maybe ATRL has actually reached the point where it is impossible for Black women — and I'm talking about myself here — to even complain about the awful, nasty attitudes from users, simply because at some point we may have made a few inoffensive jokes (unless you actually think #ThankYouBruno is a serious, bannable offense).

I never pushed back against racist names Beyonce was called. It was moreso that user making it about misogyny while always partaking in misogynistic behaviors all the time myself and others found comical. Nothing else. 

 

Plus, Beyonces fanbase has a history of attacking other black women. Even ones that aren't a threat anymore (its Keri babyyyy...btw check the recent Keri thread where they still make jokes about physicallyassaulting her with CDs) so please spare me the lecture. It's very much giving fake woke.

maybe your "Blue Ivy" is being manufactured comment which received a lot of downvotes, but since when is having a differing/negative opinion "trolling"? Are people allowed to have genuine controversial opinions, esp if they're able to defend them?

The way I got 6 individual warnings for putting back even a fraction of the constant hate the beyhive puts out towards Gaga and was accused of racism by two different users for saying "Beyonce in LA had 1/10th of Gaga's Rio attendance" and "sofi stadium has been open fewer than 5 years". Note taken, we will be reporting you guys in a way that is just as excessive and targeted. I hope you're ready for weekly crashouts about how #thankyoubruno is misogyny by way of erasing a woman's contribution to her own success and completely deranged comparisons to much more serious issues. 

 

It's not shocking to see certain members from that base running into hq, continuing to use a couple of weirdo trolls to generalize whole fanbases and try to slip in deeply offensive comparisons.
