She's an extremely high profile billionaire AND also an extremely divisive figure politically(bc cons are evil) AND there was the thank you Beyonce mess last year.

 

Its not exactly hard to put the pieces together as to why the Carters feel like they needed protection.

Plus her kid was there. But also, it has happened several times people were literally lunging at her, so she must have developed some sort of agoraphobia
