The JLo sample  when she released Mantra, Love Hangover, ZEN earlier I thought they all sound so different but somehow they all fit perfectly in the album and as a whole it feels sooo cohesive Jennie you did THAT

The intro is gorgeous. Definitely one of my faves.

People should really listen to Starlight production it's crazy.

omfg just finished my first listen and y'all werent lying this is so so so good 
the versatility yet everything feels so cohesive? the production is so expensive and interesting, lots of details and change ups to keep every song interesting
and LOVE how much different vocal styles jennie tried on this album, she sounds so good  
not a single bad song, i guess on my first listen i didnt really care THAT much about F.T.S and start a war but everything else wow  and even those arent bad and could grow
Damn Right sounds like a 2000s RnB classic, they did that
Starlight is SO pretty 
ZEN has consistently been growing on me, what a cinematic banger 
with the IE.. oh I've been thinking she should sample Jennie from the black for a while.. massive BOP
etcetc

my biggest complaint is that some songs are too short, like Jennie especially (that would have slayed even harder with a BP'd Teddy'd outro)

I'll probably SWITCH when I'm done with Mayhem as I was surprised to love ZEN within the context of the album.

With the IE is sublime. The artistry displayed on this album has me floored.

possibly bc iirc she said that she was making changes to songs like a week before release, so i assume the CD version will be slightly different on some songs

Mantra and the pre-released are also sooo sooo gooood! Easily the best debut album  handlebars, damn right and extral should be push hard in the US and this album would have longevity

Mantra and Love Hangover are horrible single choices. A single run like this would've been much better:

1. Like Jennie 

2. Handlebars  

3. Damn Right

4. with the IE

5. ExtraL

 

I'm enjoying this so far… handle bars is so good I fear.
