  1. I hate that they settled, but I'm not surprised that it happened. The stipulation result was devasting for liely, it's probably why she went to another law firm and they most likely told her that she would realistically lose at trial. With every unsealed document, things looked worse for her. She only have a scrap of evidence that Justin tried to manipulate the media and even that is not considered a smear campaign let alone a retaliation from an activity that her lawyer still struggle to established 2 weeks before 'the trial' and definitely not the reason why she didn't get a job offer nor the reason why her booze & hair care bombed, yet there are TONS of examples showing that she and her husband smearing Justin in media, in Hollywood and even to Marvel fans. She would also be easily impeached since she perjured herself multiple times, and that alone would be extremely embarrassing for her lol. No one can convince me that the Reynolds didn't pay the WF party huge amount, because why would they settle when they had the best chance of winning at trial? And why would they let her announce it on Met Gala day instead of waiting for a week since there is a strong legal reason for the judge to toss out the retaliation claim and the trial would continue with only one case? I doubt WF and their lawyers are that dumb to let them walk away for the nth time. After all, the news about "no money involved" only came from Liely's side and they have been repeatedly lying, gaslighting and manipulating this entire saga so I won't fall for that. Anyway, WF wins the case (Justin already won few weeks ago when he was no longer a defendant) This is her lawsuit, her claims yet when it is about to go to trial where she has the chance to tell her story and show her evidence, she backed out. That's a big L right there
  2. Okay list all the abused Justin put her through then in full context not just out of Blake's playbook coz it's all out there in the docket. Let's see whether it actually constitutes sexual harassment both in real life and in the eyes of the law. I'll wait and maybe if your lucky I will list down all the abused Justin went through not only from Liely but also from her husband and their Hollywood circles Yall need to stop with this "technicality" nonsense it's embarrassing, not only for your plantation princess but also for her very expensive, harvard-educated lawyers you were praising earlier. The only lawsuit that was dismissed on a true technicality was Justin's, which was unfairly tossed a year ago because Ms. khaleesi Liely lied about being a powerless employee. A dismissal at summary judgment happens due to a legal deficiency, not a minor procedural mistake The truth is her lawsuit is weak, not supported by evidence and only existed to ruined some people's repuatation. Her claims are exaggerated and fueled by manufactured outrage, with an apparent agenda to take over the rights to the film. Y'all can ignore the fact that there's a 128-page judge's order explaining how meritless Blake Lively's lawsuit is, but you can't ignore the reality that this aging couple paid tens of millions to their lawyers and potentially lost hundreds of millions in profit over a lawsuit that majority tossed out due to your-so-called "procedural mistake." Anyway, this is just the beginning of her "find out" era. She still has to stand trial and convince the jurors that she made a sexual harassment complaint (despite no record of it), argue that she was retaliated against eight months later and most importantly prove causation and the distress she went through with actual evidence and oh she also has to defend her behavior including how she and her dragons poisoned the people of Hollywood against Justin even before he has the chance to "sexually harassed" her what an exciting time for her
  3. Finished reading the judge's order, and what I understand is that the judge is essentially saying Blake's entire case is not actionable (which I 100% agree, her "SH claims" is such an insult to my story and to my fellow real victims. What even infuriates me the most is she positioned herself as the voice of all women, she is a huge liar). However, he is allowing some claims to proceed to trial, even though it's clear that he doubts any jury will believe her. This is a devastating outcome for Liely and Cryin Reynolds. No wonder they're now starting to show their children's faces for PR. I'm hoping Team Justin will be just as assertive, they should move forward with an appeal and add more claims, it's also the best time to ask for sanctions, especially since Lively has been doxxing them and their addresses for more than a year, which has even resulted in a house burglary and dangered their children's safety. I don't want to defend Justin's team because I don't know them personally but I have been following this case and have been reading the text messages and heard the illegally recorded phone call, not once they called blake any names. For me that says a lot! But Blake's team on the other hand anyway I agree with the rest of your point, Justin even told Blake he will allow her to direct the 2nd film. They could've earn so much money but she didn't only blew that opportunity, she blew her and her husband's reputation. She also drags Taylor into this, if she doesn't settle now, Taylor will be ask to stand on trial but even if there's no trial there is another case with more damning text messages waiting to be unsealed. She all initiated this mess very publicly!!
  4. It was dismissed because the judge believed (at that time) that lively was an employee so she should be protected but now it turned out she was actually not an employee therefore his case was unfairly dismissed . The judge didn't even allow a second of discovery, but after everything that came out of Blake's case and with this dismissal, it's clear that he has a strong chance on appeal. The judge even recently allowed his defamation case against his ex-publicist to proceed. New discovery meaning more unhinged text messages from the mean girls and crying Reynolds to be revealed I believe Justin will appeal. Blake and Ryan won't get away with this. And in case you're not aware, there may be a criminal case pending with VanSham. The Reynolds should start praying, whoever their gods are, that Justin chooses not to pursue this further, especially considering the other possible new cases that could be filed after this dismissal. Saworitz also has a high chance of winning a defamation case against lively for saying he SH'd her despite him only meeting her when he passed by for few seconds
  5. Read the whole order, the judge analyzed her SH claim one by one and despite how Blake and her lawyers constantly changed her stories to make it sound like they have a legit case, at the end the Judge still see her claims fail in a matter of law. The judge isn't dismissing it on a technicality there, he's saying on the merits that it doesn't constitute the basis of an SH or hostile work environment claim. Part 2 โ€” The screenplay edits (sexual content) Lively claimed Baldoni pushed "gratuitous" sexual edits to the script. The judge: "That Baldoni suggested scenes involving sexual acts in the context of developing a motion picture involving such adult themes did not create a 'sexually objectionable environment' or an environment hostile to women (or to men) because of sex. It would be 'neither surprising nor unreasonable from a creative standpoint' for both Baldoni and Lively to have drafted sexually explicit material, even if some of it was not to the taste of the other." Part 3 โ€” The "fat shaming" / weight inquiries This one got enormous play. The judge's analysis is extensive and not favorable to Lively's framing: What "these statements" refers to: the judge quotes Lively's own words extensively that she asked to do "body scenes at the end of the schedule" so she could work out, that she told her agent she was "working out twice a day, 4 hours a day" because "the sexiness in this film and the marketing I'm sure, is critical to its success," and that she told Baldoni, "My husband and I both look at certain roles as athletic events. And this is one of them." The judge's conclusion is that Lively's own documented statements undercut the gender discrimination framing of the weight conversation. Part 4 โ€” The dance scene improvisation Lively claims Baldoni kissed her forehead, rubbed his face against her neck, put his thumb to her mouth and flicked her lip, etc. during filming. The judge watched the video evidence and wrote: Part 5 โ€” The California-based conduct Lively relied on For the California statutory claims (FEHA), Lively argued that decisions "made in California" created the harassment. The judge went through each one: The "text message" Lively cited as "sexualizing her" was Heath texting Baldoni from home: "I'm at home with my daughter, husband, and wife with a visit from her midwife... We are birthing Blake into this roll." Lively's team argued this "invoked female reproductive imagery." The judge said no reasonable jury would find that had a substantial relation to the on-set harassment claims. The part the "reasonable belief" crowd is misreading Here's where the confusion comes from. When analyzing the retaliation claim (a separate claim from the harassment claim itself), the judge said: The retaliation claim asks only whether she believed she was being harassed, a much lower bar than proving harassment actually occurred. The judge found her belief wasn't "utterly baseless" for retaliation purposes, which is completely consistent with finding the harassment claims themselves legally insufficient. These are different legal standards. People citing the "far from baseless" language as vindication of her harassment claims are confusing the two. The "procedural" dismissals were substantive findings On the Title VII claim: the judge found Lively was a independent contractor, not an employee. It means the judge determined the employment relationship Lively's entire harassment framework rests on legally did not exist under federal law. On the California FEHA claim: the judge didn't just say "wrong state." He went through every California-based act Lively cited and held none of them had a "substantial connection" to "the material elements of the cause of action." He wrote: None of this means nothing happened on set. The judge explicitly didn't rule on the ultimate factual question. But the idea that the order is silent on the merits that the judge just waved the case away without evaluating the incidents, is contradicted by 152 pages of careful, quote-supported legal analysis that goes through Lively's claims one by one.
  6. Jenny Slate : Justin called her outfit sexy. She didn't appreciate it. He apologized. She was asked if she wanted to file an official complaint. She did not. The behavior never happened again. Her other complaint was for a black man, Jamey. He offered him financial help for her NY apartment because he heard her complaining. When offering he talks about how it is important for her (a mother) and her child (who's with her) to be safe which made her uncomfortable. It was later then revealed in the desposition that after that conversation, she wouldn't want to see Jamey again. Take note: she accepted the financial help $15k. Isabella : She was uncomfortable when the director (Justin) told her to lick the spoon during filming of a sex scene. Take note: that's in the book, she claimed she read 3 times. Justin's lawyer said that instruction is not only for her but also for her romantic partner (a Man and also her romantic partner in real life). Later, Isabella messages Justin about hiring her and thanking him for a safe set. Other complaints in the film are work related but it's not only coming from women. Idk, maybe asked your plantation princess Blake? lol
  7. She blew up her entire case with that PGA letter and it's ******* hilarious lol. As Sony's exec perfectly said, she is epic-level-stupid! In today's hearing her lawyers narrowed down her SH claim, the main issue is about consent but at the same time her lawyer admitted that Justin's team gave ALL of her approval rights so how can she claim they violated her when she approved all her scenes and even had the power to say no and change things at every second Regarding her employment claim her lawyer's main argument:
  8. Another SH claim that lively's lawyer silently dropped or never mentioned again. On her initial lawsuit, she claimed that on the day of the birthing scene it was chaotic, she was nearly nude with only thin clothing covering her ******, she repeatedly asked for something to cover her up be they totally ignored here. But on the newly released BTS video (sorry, idk how to embed video), she wasn't, in fact she was wearing boxer briefs, covered with hospital gown, prosthetic belly and there is no stir-up, she was not screaming for covers. In short she blatantly lie. And there are few crews testifying that what she alleged is not what actually happened here lol
  9. Justin: asked about Blake's weight to prepare for a lifting scene. Blake: he was fat-shaming me Ryan. Ryan: HOW DARE YOU ASKED MY WIFE'S WEIGHT AND MAKE HIM FEEL UNSEXY?!!!! Justin: Your outfit is sexy Blake: He is sexually harrassing me Ryan. Ryan: HOW DARE YOU CALL HIM SEXY, YOU ARE A PREDATOR! Justin can never win with people like them and people like you. All of that things you've listed have been refuted, one by one, with full context and evidence weeeeeks ago. The circumcision? Guess what? It was Blake who initiate that conversation by talking about her newly born baby at her penthouse before she even officially casted. If she found that weird before why she didn't nope out back then? The birthing video that was shown few seconds to lively and she concluded it was porn like really? she gave birth multiple times, she can't tell? Anyway, what's wrong with a director coaching the actor of his movie on how to do a certain scene? Isn't that his job? Are you not aware that the actors even though they have been acting for years or have experience the same situations they still need to follow what the director visualized? And sweetie, there's no smear campaigned against lively. Even Sony said the backlash was her own doing, where are you? Lively was given 11 months to discover that evidence, judge gave her what she wants, lively subpoenaed more than 100 content creators but here we are now at present time, she has not presented a single evidence of that nor name a single article that made by Justin's PR team. Keep up!
  10. Oh Justin was so powerful that he was kick in the basement on the premier of his very own movie Blake was so powerless that she can chose her own penthouse as the location of their meeting, multiple times. Inviting her perverted boss at her own home with her powerless husband and friends. Oh poor Blake she was forced to invite her abuser on her own private jet with her kids Blake can be the biggest liar but it's okay coz creepy Justin called her character's outfit sexy one time and Justin confessed he was addicted to porn on his younger years that might leads him to crossed a line to his sexual partners during intimate deed eww creep. Blake is not a good person and she is a liar but she never lies about being sexually harassed oh poor blake
  11. Justin's story has remained consistent since day one, while the opposite is happening with Blake and this is her lawsuit. Justin, the accused, continues to provide videos, screenshots, and testimony, while Blake, the accuser, provided nothing until yesterday (because they now have to). Swifties: "So what if Blake, Ryan and Taylor bullied him? he SH'd her. Even though they started bullying him even before he has the chance to SH her Justin's text messages shows that he is praying for his bullies. Thousands of screenshots with his own convo but not once he called Blake names (he called him "different") compared to Blake's text messages is like comparing day and night. Swifties: if I were her, I call him worse
  12. The Swifties are about to find out how big of clowns they are when the text messages show Taylor confronting Blake over the lies she fed her.
  13. Entitlement and Money. Justin bought the rights of the movie 2 years before the book blew up. When she was casted, the Reynolds probably did a researched on him, found out he branded himself as feminist, his religion (Bahรกสผรญ Faith), etc. That's why we've seen them mocking him for it and weaponizing it against him. They certainly thought he (and his studio) didn't deserve working in this project that has a potential to be a huge box office success.
  14. On Justin's desposition, he was asked if he remembered about a conversation in the car with lively and her driver where he allegedly talked about he forced himself to women. Justin denied having a conversation like that but admitted mentioning in an interview that he crossed lines in his youth due to a porn addiction and that is something he wasn't proud of. If you are referring to that confession then I understand but that's nothing to do with lively's case and even if what she alleged in the convo happened, that's not sexual Harrassment, weird/uncomfortabke yeah. What I don't understand why y'all hell bent on defending Blake who repeatedly lied, changed narratives, dropped (most of her sh allegations) and doesn't have proof of her own alleged sh misconduct like even a single message of her confiding to anyone the details of the "abuse" she suffered. Meanwhile, Justin has refuted all of her sh allegations with videos, testimonies, screenshots, etc.. (more will be unsealed soon) And what other expose is that?
  15. Blake's own definition of sexual harassment: Blake felt dismissed and because she's a woman and they're men therefore she was sexually harassed You can't make this **** up. Mind you, she never met Steve in person but according to her he sexually harassed her. No wonder they are in this mess. As an actual victim I just wanna cry A legal sexual harassment requires conduct that is severe or pervasive. Nothing she alleges rises to the level of SH per the law. Sexual Harrassment is not just someone doing something you dont like or making you uncomfortable or saying something inappropriate or being said no. Shame to those people comparing Liely to Amber Heard!!
