I truly want to believe Karina was so naive that she accidentally posted 3 conservative symbols at the same time 

 

Her Korean female fans being majority feminist leaning+opposing the conservative party and people in general being politically sensitive after the martial law and impeachment is what is causing the huge commotion. To them, Karina is either a full-on K-conservative or a "privileged airhead" who isn't blissfully unaware of the political climate.
