Why is whiplash still the highest charting GG song on melon?! That song is over 6 months old :skull:

Now I understand why certain fandom is mad :ahh:

No lies spotted, they are truly one of the best looking bgs. Though I don't know how to put it, but image wise, I feel like they lack more unique personalities? I know Ni-Kin is the dance prodigy and Sunoo is the gay member, but what about the other 5?

Like can you tell me the dynamic within the group, cause from an outside perspective, they just seem like a group full of actor visuals and are more laid back

new-york-smoking.gif

Niki- dance prodigy

Heeseung- an all rounder and an Ace

Sunoo- a fruitcake and cutest member ever

Sunghoon- mysterious visual member/almost model-like/oozing luxury

Jake- masculine, bit of a flirt (has high sex drive according to that fortune teller so it tracks)

Jay- cool, calm, composed but also silly at times, an all-rounder

Jungwon- cute cute cute, but also an all-rounder, unintentionally funny at times

in terms of skills:

Heeseung- all rounder

Niki- main dancer

Jay- good dancer, versatile singer

Jake- versatile singer

Sunoo- good vocalist, probably up there with Heeseung

Jungwon- good vocalist and a unique vocal tone, good dancer

Sunghoon- great visuals, beautiful visuals, kinda stan attractor to the group, does his part well in terms of singing and dancing.

They have excellent taste that's why certain acts have never charted

Koria's Emancipation of Mimi

Like how did you go from being the most bullied group to the extent that a certain conglomerate is threatened by you to becoming the most powerful group in your generation

The literal comeback

See when you do talent and originality. All of the big 4 including SMs non-aespa artists need to take notes

Big 4 company stan ranking(completely objective and serjous) :gaycat5:

#1: SM Sheep - the kpop elites, seemingly the only kpop fans who aren't consistently tone-deaf, also liable to write better verses than ur favs (@Gorjesspazze9), etc. The worst thing you can say about them is that they're elitist weaboos(they earned both of those titles though and wear it as a badge of pride). The only company stans to openly send d*ath wishes to the board and executives, basically kpop luigis

#2: HYBE Whales - lowk terrorists but consider the alternatives. If little 7s got raptured, this would be an easy #1

#3: YGlys - Stuck in 2016 but we don't blame them, that roster was the peak of any kpop company. Kpop's endangered species

#4: JYPigs - The mix of cult affiliations and terrible music is confusing. It's like the worst of HYBE and YG rolled into one.

Yes. I mean I don't live in Korea or ever been. But they are played everywhere, nonstop. Dont ask me how I know, I just have a telepathic link to the MotherLand.

I haven't seen anyone other than sm sheep call themselves company stans or be proud of it though (Mel. was an exception I guess)

Most people just follow or stan groups who might or might not be associated to the same company.

SM sheep only picked up the label as a joke after years of being labelled as company stans despite objectively being the most critical of their favs' company. :bunny:

As @Cheers said they are definitely laid back guys that don't do a lot of fan service between each other or pretend to be something they don't just to entertain the public, and I think that is what us fans like about them? But if I should put labels on them I would say...

Jungwon is the cute leader, always there to protect and give support to the other boys when they need it

Heeseung is the ACE

Jay is the rockstar

Sunghoon is the official visual, people call him "ice prince" because of his past as ice skater and his rather cold visuals, but he is just a silly and weird guy

Jake is the aussie golder retriever boy

Sunoo is the little sunshine

Ni-ki is the dance prodigy

And @Witnessed ET did a fairly summary of their skills, although I would put Jungwon almost at Ni-ki's lebel in dance skills (as the lead dancer), and Sunoo and Jay in vocal ability just right behind Heeseung.
