It is, it's going from a solid dance based concept with a twinge of individuality at a time when everything was shifting to be whisper songs to being a kids track

It's not really that much different than the summer-ish concepts they did back in 2019 and 2020 with 'ICY', 'Not Shy' and even 'Cake' later other than in 2022 they start to slow down in terms of choreography. Musically and aesthetically, I think people treat It more as a drastically change than It actually is.

It's even worse because if it was release after icy they wouldn't get dragged but they released after loco:rip: a reverse apink

Other than releasing after Loco, I think the fact the teasers were misleading helped in the sentiment against the song, since people got frustrated.

Both with a ridiculous concept change. Let's see if HOT also tanks them

Except NOT SHY and ICY are actually good Dance songs with extremely similar in-your-face brashness with electronic glitchy synth elements lining their choruses and verses

Sneakers is literally something a Nugu group would release with a 3$ video budget

I also prefer Not Shy and Icy, don't get me wrong. But I'm not comparing in terms of quality.

I mean in terms of success sneakers was more harm than good anyway so there's not really much to say about it. Commercially it wasn't huge either, just a decent sized hit but nothing more

At least their sales are doing good

For context, CRAZY sold 195k first day :rip:

HOT.... yeah lets never do that again

it's cute for the first like 30 seconds and that's it
