Army's point is that they're the first Korean group and also the first Korean act to actually be nominated in the Pop/Duo category. The categories in which female artists are nominated and win are different, which is a fact. 

 

Did another female solo artist get a nomination before Rose or not? Yes she did, Period. Rose acted wisely and achieved great success. She became the first female Korean act to be nominated in major categories where no other Korean groups/soloist/act was nominated. These are actually even bigger achievements. She's doing promos, the song have Grammys darling Bruno, and the luck are on her side, and I think she has a very good chance of winning in at least one category. IDK why people don't focus on these facts.
