Idk how closely you follow them but they're the midst of a world tour right now along with many other music releases and engagements, so you could see why their voices are shot. Even Nayeon and Jihyo were nowhere near their best in the VS show, when they're pretty much the vocal trio along with Jeongyeon. 

And they absolutely slayed Lollapalooza a few months ago which was an over 2-hour long set. Not everyone can be on top of their game all the time and that's fine. Twice has proven they can perform incredibly well time and time again and these occasional misses won't change that. That "never beating the allegations" statement doesn't really apply for Twice imo.
