Could Jennifer Aniston actually pull off Demi Moore's intense performance in The Substance? Let's be real: both Jen and Demi have been in the same boat for years, typecast and often not taken seriously enough as actresses and were loved for their beauty and comedy/rom com roles.
 

And, of course, they've each faced Hollywood's notorious ageism, with younger actresses taking the spotlight in roles they would've once owned. So, imagine Jennifer stepping into the role of Elisabeth Sparkle—would this have finally shown a side of her beyond Friends' Rachel?
 

Could she give us that raw, "tour de force" performance without worrying about her "vanity metrics"? We're talking serious character depth here, the kind of transformation that could make people forget Rachel Green entirely.
 

Now, aside from Aniston, who else could tackle a role like this?
