On top of the new album she will also go on her "For The Fans Tour", set to begin in January 2025 alongside Ne-Yo and Mario

 

The timing and the link up wit Neyo couldn't be worse but I wished her the best.

Idk much about Ne-Yo tbh but the timing is actually kinda good for her. Mary will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in October. She's gonna use the publicity with an album and tour. Pretty smart choice. But yeah elections will overshadow her.

I think the timing thing isn't about the election, butr Mary's links to Diddy bc streets are saying there's some dirt about to come out about her.

Neyo is currently being touted as Diddy Jr right now but hopefully with all these things coming up people forget that

Nothing really stood out for me. I need to listen again and I hope it grows on me. However, I feel like the last 15 years she's been releasing music for the sake of it. Her albums are so mid and bland.

Not sure if this is an official single or just for promotion. Either way, I think the old Mary would've given us big vocals during the bridge and ending but she gave us nothing instead.

 

 

 

Why did I just find out about this album? 

I listened to it on my way to work and I liked it but nothing really stood out. I liked it better than the previous one, so that's a win I guess.

The album is just there, like pretty much everything she's put out in the last ten years. :/

After a couple of days listening to the album my opinion has changed a bit. I no longer think this album is similar to her last projects. As a matter of fact, there's something about the beats that reminds me of her earlier albums and I really like that. Her voice and lack of emotion remain as the main problem. She's known for her emotional delivery. She sounds so flat here.

Her last albums sounds so uninspired. She sounds flat. I don't think i'll be listening to it again.
