I absolutely don't understand her not only artistic decisions to be releasing these short-ass tracks LOL but also her business decisions not releasing proper singles and album to monetize on ESC winning.

Even if they didnt release new album in 2022, if they use their brain they could release 10th anniversary of HEAL on CD and vinyl with some bonuses to get money. They were lazy even to do THAT.

I was ABSOLUTELY sure she had an album ready in 2023 and went to participate in eurovision to remind about herself before releasing it. And of course, nothing was ready, nothing was planned. She could have just collected some old demos and released something by fall just to keep herself relevant afte eurovision and monetize the success.  It has been 1,5 years after her win and 7 (F-CKING SEVEN) years since her last album.

And now she is dropping this outdated dance interlude. I can't. I love her music, but I hate her so much sometimes on how she is handling her career and creative outputs.

The only reason Is It Love is good and not great is because it's too short and missing a bridge.

This, ugh. How can she make the exact same mistake again?

Shocked she doesn't have a writing credit on this! Something feels off. I don't think this is the actual lead single. I suspect it will be an album track but lead single?? I'm not sure.

It's still a cute bop :clap3:

It's good, not mind blowing mostly because the song is too short so there is no "wow" factor. She could've make a really nice ending but it stopped so quick?

Spoiler

Didn't expect her in this 2000 summer europop vibe

Why didn't she release this when the heat was high? I don't see people vibing to a song like this in autumn/winter

Kinda of a meh song, don't myself going back to it much.

I think the Scandipop description really threw me, that's not how I would describe the song at all. Arabic beat?? Where love? There's that very interesting sample at the very beginning which is never used again for some reason. That should have formed part of a bridge to give it another layer. It's a cute but basic and short song. I still love mother to the grave and will keep it on loop.

So just heard it ...

Duration 2:10 :coffee:

Very  autotuned vocals :/

Sounds like unfinished demo :/

Finished before it starts

I agree, another disappointment.

Lazy and uninspiring

release extended version or something

Edited by fa77ot

it just... ends? the way IIL and this would eat if she just put bridge and final chorus on them. now they just seem somehow hollow

She needs go to JAIL for these short songs. Like it's a bop but it's sounds like interlude because it's too short

I really wanna believe this is all the label's fault, cause I'd be so disappointed of this is truly the state of her own creative output :gaycat7:

Tbh, I am a little bit disappointed. When I heard the intro, I got so excited because I expected something more ethnic but they never used it again. The song is very, VERY short it it doesn't have a climax to make me want to listen to it many times. It's by no means bad but it's not amazing either. If it was longer (not even 3 minutes, 2:30 minutes), it would be so much better. This sounds like a demo of a great song that was never released.

I am sure that Loreen will kill it on her tour by adding more instruments but what's the point if the version online is different? At least Is It Love had a better climax and better production. Warning Signs is good but it definitely sounds kinda outdated. Plus, the heavy auto tune is kinda irritating.

I think that the album will have better tracks. I am still looking forward to it but I am sceptical about the current choices.

I'm gonna need to speak to the manager.

My friend works for her label and I've already given her some words. :coffee2:
