No, I think the ".mpeg" is for the deluxe edition of .mp3 or a sister project.

Argentina's Beyoncé is releasing her new single on June 20th.

It could be. The fact that the lead single (Jagger) of .mp3 came out in March 2023, the album in November, and the final single (JET SET) in January this year. In between, she performed at events/award shows, promoted the album a lot, pushed singles in well paced but not so fast succession, and has the tour right now. And the whole rollout of that album was so coherent and cohesive, corresponding to the aesthetic of the album.
