Lol i just used myself as a reference. Who is out commiting violent crimes because of eminem? Just because people are too dumb to get that a lot of his music is satirical doesnt mean its his fault or his responsibility.

The point is he can never win with y'all. He's either "washed" or a "violent bigot".

Its his job to rile people up. And he succeeds every time because no one ever learns to ignore him if they dont like him.

Thats why he will always be successful at it

It's a throwback to Eminem's early 2000s productions, which Finneas definitely took some influence from.

My Strange Addiction is basically a slowed down "The Real Slim Shady" and Therefore I Am's production is very close to this:

It's literally Just Lose It - the 2024 version.

Except the song and video are both literal remakes of Without Me...

Dua's Houdini might never be a hit like Eminem's, but it will always be the superior song. She did it for the arts, not the charts.

Awful. The man is out of ideas, dipping into desperate nostalgia and the same boring cancel culture complaints that a thousand boomer comedians have already run into the ground. This would have sounded tired a decade ago. Now like it's a death rattle. Eminem is washed!

Girl get a grip, this song is a bop.

Abra-abracadabra
(and for my last trick) I'm bout to reach in my bag, bruh
Abra-abracadabra
(and for my last trick) (poof) Just like that and I'm back, bro

In relation to the topics and themes he uses to joke around:

My transgender cat's Siamese (Why?)
Identifies as black, but acts Chinese (Haha)

Go ahead, Paul, quit, snake-ass prick
You male cross dresser (Haha), fake-ass *****
And I'll probably get **** for that (Watch)
But you can all suck my dick, in fact

Stuff like that is neither funny or smart, just in poor taste. Not to mention the Megan line, I bet he throught he was smart with that when in reality it just gives most a grimace.

He is poking fun at his old self with the bridge and that would actually be pretty fun if he really changed as a person and grew past writing bars like that for controversy (that isn't shocking anyone in 2024), but he hasn't.

Girl it's not that serious? Are you only 16 or what? U didn't grow up in the early 2000's where he disses everyone? Now a days everyone is so sensitive about any topic haha

You can definitely tell who isn't familiar with his earlier career. He was the troll of the industry, an equal opportunity hater who dissed everyone on tracks including his own mother. Like Madonna, he relished in courting controversy and getting everyone's panties in a twist, not from a place of hatred.

Many artists understood and respected that like the original gay pop icon Elton John.

I keep seeing this take and I honestly don't know what you guys gain from flexing your own immaturity as well as validating his :dies: The only thing you prove is that both him and his fans are stuck in those set back misogynistic times while rest of us progressed forward.

You say everyone progressed forward but I would argue in the last few years its gone backwards and a bit part of the reason why is because its shoved in everyones faces.

what's the tea with his manager?

this is great. Meg fans gotta chill, this is good for her :deadbanana4:

Lol y'all act like he commits actual hate crimes in the streets. Writing lyrics and rapping them is not a crime no matter how much you wish it to be :deadbanana4:

Damn this was so lame :rip: Yall really losing it over this? I'm sure the straights will love it, though.

The Meg line doesn't sound as bad, I kinda agree that this is a net positive for her.

I like this. Feels very nostalgic which definitely helps (sounds straight outta D12 album). A lot better than his last few lead singles. Though I don't really love the use of Abracadabra as I don't like that song but I'll take it nonetheless. The video is great and definitely elevates the song.

We know he's been a consistent album seller but it'll be interesting to see how much of a hit maker he still is.

He's Eminem, probably the most listened "artist" by straight guys, misogynistic college jocks and incels of all ethnicities. :duck:

If you mean the manager namedrop it's just a running joke IIRC. There's always some paul rosenberg voicemail skit or interlude in every (?) album where the manager is a character that is "concerned" with the content of the music or whatever and is trying to get him to tame it down.
