Okay...NGL after all this time. I expected better. But there are a few highlights. Overall an okat debut. Too many slower paced songs for me. She sounds waaaay better on the up beat tracks. Also, these are just love songs. Not sure what I expected, considering the album title. Unless I missed the personal thangs 

Normani should be so proud of herself this is such a SOLID Debut album .

All that said. Very solid debut album to be honest. I think Fair would've been nice in here too.

On first listen this is pretty excellent. 
Time is weird, i woulda loved this album in 2021 but my taste and my ears have evolved since Wild Side to appreciate this sound even more than i used to. So it's kinda perfect timing.

Three excellent projects released today. I was looking forward to today. 10s across the board (if i'm feeling generous which i am)

wow just finishing the album now and I am AMAZED and completely impressed with how she has truly smashed this record to bits  I truly loved every single song on this album, and her vocals!!!! its so amazing to hear her experimenting with her voice and sound, even if I wasn't a hardcore Stan this would be my AOTY so far.

This was definitely worth the wait, she can definitely build her fanbase from this album, its quality  my one gripe is that the build up to this album truly didn't do dopamine justice, even I didn't expect this level of slayage. I also don't understand uploading the unfinished version of CP as a single but I've moved on from this, we get to just enjoy the music and this is all the nation have every wanted.

Listened to it again in full. Gonna delete big boy (hated that since I heard it) and take my time for. Take my time is ok just hate the bass synth. May sit with that a bit longer though. 
 

the version of candy paint is much better that the mess she released as a single. Not as much of a fan of the later half of the album but it may just have to grow on me. 
 

Overall decent debut. Can't wait for the instrumentals to come on YouTube so I can download them cause I LOVE the production. Not a huge fan of the songwriting
