love the absolute refusal to release the version of Vampire Empire fans desperately asked for (I like both officially released versions but prefer the Big Thief version)

For some reason I HATE Vampire Empire, but otherwise great album :clap3:

This album is so emotional. :frown: Big Thief + Adrianne + Buck are so prolific and consistent that it feels crazy that they've been around for less than 10 years.

Evol is so awful. I know what she's trying to do but...my god. What a tryhard song. Especially when the rest of the album is just pure EXCELLENCE and a masterclass in songwriting! Did it have to be smack dab in the middle? Could and should have been CUT. I never want to hear it again, I may have to remove it from my album and scratch it out on my vinyl - it's that bad.

She never misses :clap3:
