I feel like Jennifer does not care about her album tanking. She said it herself, she wanted to make it and knew there was no demand. Though the campaign against her is a bit ridiculous. This article is being discussed in another thread. It’s a really strange and stupid article, it honestly does not make any sense.

Lambs are the worst. Come up with something new.

She's a millionaire and is getting dicked down by Ben, something us gays could only dream of. What is there to feel "sorry" for?

JLo’s persisted longer than almost every celebrity, it’s hard to feel sorry for someone who’s basically stayed A-List for decades regardless of her resume. While the hate train is overkill, JLo I think is a rarity in that most artists in their 50s aren’t investing in a vanity project on this level, and that’s gonna invite critical engagement.

all i know is that she deserves respect. the hard work is there and the output is there. GP is just way too harsh and nasty to her.

I don't know why she's always gotten so much hate. Is it because she's an 'easy target' because she's not the greatest singer or because her filmography isn't very critically acclaimed? It's weird

No, it’s her karma for not tipping and shading Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth, Madonna, and the list goes on in the 90s.

The Gen Z hate is so forced on TikTok though. :suburban:

you know what? yes. she's not a bad person at all.

No. If people don't want to buy her concert tickets/music then how is my sympathy supposed to help that. People have career troubles all the time, I don't feel sorry for a celebrity more than the average person.

It really debuted at #38??? I knew it didn’t do amazing, but I thought for sure it at least made the Top 10 off her name alone :rip:

I don’t feel sorry for her. Just wish she put out a full on dance edm album which suits her better.

I mean she's got more money than any of us posting on atrl are likely ever going to see, so no, can't so that I do.

Or any of the multimillionaire artists out there. :lakitu:

Madonna said it best, the most controversial thing to do is to stick around

Music isnt a priority for her.

She is the biggest industry pop plant of history, she managed to have success with little involvement....

Of course not, she is doing amazing for a women at her age in a very ageist industry. She's never been a strong album seller and it's been more than a decade since her last smash hit also the tour is almost 60% sold, she will be fine.

It's crazy how we are used to name a flop everything that don't sold out in presales, anyone remembers how tours use to sell before covid?
