I wouldn't really mind if she was on the Beyonce's level where she really can afford to release stuff and just dip until the next release but unfortunately she's not. The sad thing is that I truly believe that she and her dad think she's on Beyonce's level and that she doesn't have to promote her stuff. The sad truth is that this behaviour will only ruin her chances in the future. Making her dad her manager and making her business a family business was a really REALLY stupid and dangerous decision that will eventually bite her in the ass.. She is financing her boyfriend and all of her family and friends with these luxurious trips and overall luxurious life and she will eventually see this and regret what she did but I fear it will be too late.

Dua's interview with Anderson Cooper for 60 Minutes is airing this Sunday.

 

After all of the missteps this era, I fail to see how beneficial this interview will be because it wouldn't do much to actually promote…unless they also announce that we're getting a brand new song/single off the deluxe.

As I understand it 60 Mins is a serious news programme. Sort of like Panorama in the U.K. or Channel 4 news, and Anderson Cooper is a serious political interviewer and news journalist.  So her announcing a deluxe or new track or whatever on it is moondust. 

 

I suspect this is way more to do with 60 Mins wanting a bit of ratings pull ( she's going to be lighter fare that the unending US election), and Ms Lipa presenting a thoughtful side with half an eye on her future plans, longer term, for whatever she wants to do with life.

She's doing 60 minutes interview on Sunday and then Iheart festival so I guess that's all the promo she has planned but maybe they are hoping that's enough hype for concerts and will announce usa dates soon too 

She better perform st EMAs in November
