I wasn't expecting a live performance on her insta live! 

Im not completely sold on the song but I just love Perrie and her voice so I just want her to win so badly, she looked glowing during her performance 

A live band makes everything sound better, I wish they did more Little Mix gigs with a live band.

She sounded fantastic, if there's one thing you can rely on with Ms Edwards its VOCALS

The bait thread that normani stan made earlier today trying to set her up is making me want to stream this endlessly just to prove a point ddd

Up to #13 on Apple Music, so far this is far exceeding my initial expectations for streaming. I thought she'd struggle a little bit there. I'm very pleased for her that she's doing so well. 
 

Hopefully this is a good sign that the album is definitely coming this year. I do hope single #2 is a little more up my street.

A November release isn't necessarily out of the question, especially if this does become a hit (looking likely) and she follows up with a second hit single around Aug/Sep time? I don't see an album coming before November at the earliest, so if it's not then I suppose it will be Q1 2025.

 

Can't remember Don't Say Love's peak but yes this has certainly surpassed it, I'm not surprised Perrie is outcharting Leigh-Anne but I didn't think she'd be doing so well. Little Mix's streaming power wasn't huge, especially towards the end of their career. I wasn't sure how that would translate in to Perrie's solo releases but so far so good.

I did a quick search on Twitter and it looks like Don't Say Love did 23,277 partial day and 565,380 on 1st day

I'd say Perrie is maybe aiming for about ~800k? What does everyone else think? 
 

Edit: or do you think this is too optimistic? It's going to be 600k at an absolute minimum I'm sure

I honestly feel like crying, after months of hype and years of speculation I genuinely felt that we'd probably get a top 10 peak with meager streams and then hover around the top 20 for a few weeks. It's only early days but I'm so happy so far and proud of our girl.
