Probably 500k/600k. She literally did 0 promo aside from announcing on social media and still pulled 330k+.

She was out here bundling different poses t-shirts and cover boxsets to make a sale, but sure.

This is much worse than Nicki's versions since you buy the different versions for merch t-shirts and empty boxsets and not for extra music.

Btw I know you’re trolling, but I can’t help but take offense to how you think any random acts can do “Taylor numbers”  aka pull 1.5m in the by releasing more variants 2020s even though the artist who pulled 3.5m in 2015 couldn’t cross 1m in 2020s anymore.

Had she done more fun vinyl variants and not just the one collector's boxset, she could've pulled 400-500k.

She could do 50 k more max. Midnights was also massive on streaming while Renaissance didn’t break any record (it had some catchy songs) 

 

People are delusional to think anyone can pull Taylor numbers with just vinyl variants (smile had like 8 variants and it didn’t do anything) 

 

 

She could've done around 400k total with a proper physical release.

She would've sold another 40-50k with more variants at most, let's not overestimate the impact multiple variant have if the first doesn't sell a lot. Nicki sold an average of 5-7k per vinyl variant.

she would’ve probably moved another 10k. renaissance didn’t do particularly well on streaming or digital sales, and i haven’t seen any notable moves on physical copies either. so i don’t see how different covers would spark up interest in a beyonce project if the initial interest is not there to begin with…
