I purchased my copy today. I noticed that Taylor’s albums (not just 1989) are the only ones security protected in the store. Our capitalist queen is making sure no one will steal her works of art. Lol!

    The only people buying physicals now are actual FANS to collect. I buy my faves physicals and if you're buying a physical they definitely are not ending up in a landfill.

    Maybe because the store knows the other albums are not worth stealing.

    Thats cuz there is no alternative for a phone right now and its a crucial part of our life. But one can certainly live without a Physical CD. its not a necessity. You can enjoy music on streaming like everyone else.
