NBA Youngboy gets a higher share of streams from the US but he also has more than three times H.E.R daily streams so it's likely he is still bigger even if you remove his US streams.

H.E.R streams on Spotify are so low that having Sao Paulo or Jakarta (big Spotify markets) in her top 15 is compeletely meaningless.

Also Spotify top cities is based on monthly listeners not streams so it's a very biased metric anyway.

He has 7 non North American cities in his entire Top 50 so I'm going to bet on no. That's like 14%

 

Anyways, he has over 30 mixtapes, EPs and albums combined so him having 3X streams daily on Spotify isn't really that big of a deal

It's unique listeners not daily streams and you can't really "guess" much from that list given that is heavily impactes by the local reach of different playlists and which cities are bigger in general.

H.E.R has literally no lead single with more than 500 million streams and her singles don't chart anywhere even in the US. NBA Y is a local rapper but at least he is successful in the US and not just an industry tree like her.

Well she has more RIAA eligible units sold so 

H.E.R. 7 + 4 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 23M

Lizzo  9 + 5 + 3 + 3  = 20M
