It’s the album cover that’s scaring people away. She should have known better to release that as a cover is she alright? 

Often is literally unlistenable to me now- the only true dud!

Well, we can all agree that the 1st week numbers WW are disappointing.

I hope she can stabilize with the upcoming weeks.

I'm confused as to why Paint The Town Red didn't lead to more people being interested in the album, it's still doing well everywhere. Seems strange.

This is easily Dojo's best album, and Doja has received 2x Platinum for Hot Pink and Planet Her, she has a #1 single, Platinum with Tia Tamera, Candy, Rules, and Cyber Sex, 3x Platinum with Juicy, 6x Platinum with Say So, 2x Platinum with Boss B-, 3x Platinum with Like That, 5x Platinum with Streets, 5x Platinum with Kiss Me More, 2x Platinum with You Right, 4x Platinum with Need to Know, 3x Platinum with Woman, 2x Platinum with Get Into It (Yuh), and 1x Platinum with Vegas. Does your fav have that many accolades? Do you personally have these accolades? 

 

Also, the album JUST came out. It's October 3rd, so it's been... a little over a week? The dramatics on this website. I'm sure Scarlet will be a slow-burn success if word of mouth and promotion is strong enough. And even if the album flops, it's not like Dojo's record label is going to tell her "Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, a bunch of chart/success-obsessed online gays said you're a flop and over. Thou shall not release thou fifth studio album."

Oh I'll fight to death for 97. I really don't get the hate that song gets. 

 

I think my top 3 on the album is Ouchies, Can't Wait and Balut. I really love basically all the tracks. I knew ever since she announced it that I would enjoy listening to this album doing anything. 

By the way, did someone ever post some Agora Hills avis?

the only skip for me is Demons(im just rarely in the mood to listen to that vibe) and 97(the rhymes are just kinda corny and the flow is repetitive)

I need the receipts because I think you guys are all reaching… Personally I can’t hear a Nicki diss anywhere and she even confirmed herself she’s not dissing any artists on this album

Exactly her and Nicki are besties, I'm sure Doja will be on Pink Friday 2 OR Nicki will remix something from Scarlet 

 

doja seems to be making more enemies than friends these days

 

now that the album settled, we can all agree that 'demons' starts great but then it goes nowhere and the chorus is mid. 

 

favs are still changing. for now: 'agora hills', 'ouchies', 'skull and bones' and 'go off' (somehow it reminds me of every one of her eras, that's really cool).
