acclaim and grammy/streets credibility campaign. no wonder why she's getting rave reviews for her work this year and it will pay off in the long run.

 

 

she's doing good she's the only female artist releasing only hip hop songs which market share has decreased compared to last year, while music consumption went up.

What I don't understand is this:

-Cardi did a song with Latto and it went Top 20, other than Cardi x Glo and Ice x Nicki, none of these female rap features are doing numbers, especially with a song like PIODFA, the girls drag Cardi.

-Cardi did a song with Fendi, an indie female rapper, who barely had any listeners, it charts for one week and Fendi is not even signed so it's a blessing she charted, Cardi gets dragged.

 

You're right though, it's all leading to the bigger picture.

babe she's the only female hip hop rapper out there nowadays. she's carrying the genre because the girls prefer to sell out themselves to bubblegum pop to have hits but you know hits make you be heard, though only sticking with your own sound/identity will give you acclaim/legacy. cardi knows that and she's making no mistakes the girls are doing/have done.

 

The video has good replay value.
