I can see that.  That’s basically what Ebro said.  Very boom bap-ish.  Idk how I feel about THAT kinda rap for Doja.

 

I was hoping for more Rap over eclectic beats (a la Azealia Banks).  But we shall see.  

 

And she also can’t drop the same Trap **** everybody else doing either.  So, maybe this will be a good direction.

Wasn't there also a rumor that she was dropping 2 albums this year, this one and another more pop-r&b esque project? I swear I saw it on some interviews she did earlier before

Yeah she said herself she wanted to drop two, but that was early in the process…so who knows.  
 

Also her Twitter bio said ‘Finally’ and ‘First of All’ suggesting there might be two albums still (recently).   
 

But you never know with her lol.
