Youtube also does sometimes recommend I watch Alt.Right garbage or stupid podcasts by ignorant men but I immediately report those channels so they don't come up on my feed.

Well yes. TikTok is owned by China, not the US.

The US is a surveillance nation. Everything we do is being tracked. Even making these posts right now. Aside from that, data is bought and sold, which is also why you see companies you used or products you need pop up in ads across any platform.

 

I'm no expert but more people should be aware of this.

 

i've only had 1 or 2 of those gay massaging videos show up but tons of those gay shorts being recommended

I don't but horror has definitely become a gay niche thing.

My recommendations are just a ton of random videos, based on a variety of themes; I'm always jumping from one thing to the next, so...

No, I rarely get gay stuff because I watch lefty YouTube for politics I get rec. a bunch of rightwing garbage though. Like a LOT.

Youtube suggests videos based on your watch history, search history and the stuff you liked/ subscribed to. If you turn all of it off and clear your history it only suggests based on what you're subscribed to   Looks like Google knows you well!
