I was thinking of it this morning when I was watching her Vogue performance at the VMA Awards and to answer your question: No. Vogue is a masterpiece where art, pop, and ballroom culture meet and it's Madonna's peak of artistic excellence. 

Yes, it's very mediocre and has aged terribly. Plus Its already been topped multiple times.

Madonna literally topped it in 1997 when she change Dance pop music and brought electronics to the mainstream
