Does youtube streams count the same as spotify streams?

So, I retract my earlier statements of not being able to get into the official version over the demo. I am in fact obsessed and throwing my ass in circles to the official.

Paid streams (i.e. Spotify premium) have a higher weighting than free YouTube streams 

We're close to release week at RCA has no physicals ready yet. I have a major fear of this not charting at all.

Not insider tea just shook that they have no plans of dropping even CDs on release week because vinyls will take months to produce. Even Doja that has 20x the streams had CDs and merch bundles on release week.

Arts not the charts, I'm afraid...

Didn't know this had come out at all  Much better than 1:59 imo. Just wished it was a bit longer and there was a little extra something to spice up the production. The rattling cans sound seems incomplete.

I can't stand her team. How can they have no music ready when this single was chosen two years ago? And now they're saying they don't even have physical copies or vinyls of the album? This is just too much. It's hard out here for us Normani fans.

Yeah, but I wouldn't be surprised if we only get the video on release night tbh.

On a lil more positive note, Spotify first day isn't all that bad when you compare it to her "peers" lol 

I love y'all but this fandom has reached a brand new level of coping if it's moving onto "here's why 450K globally on Spotify on its debut day isn't bad actually"  Time to accept the era is a commercial catastrophe and just be excited for the music for music's sake. Only thing that can turn this around at this point is if that TikTok trend properly blows up or if the video is a huge attention-grabbing moment (and with the budget this era seems to have, I wouldn't count on that )
