The setlist is incredible as is. The only songs i would take out would be “tolarate it”, “illicit affairs”, “marjorie” & “The Man” and instead add “Getaway Car” to the reputation part, “Afterglow” to the Lover part, “Welcome To New York” to the 1989 part & “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” (just because it’s one of her biggest hits)

Good lord we are lucky you were not in charge of the setlist asking for WTNY instead of tolerate it, illicit affairs and marjorie.

OT: The setlist is excellent the very few changes I would do:

ACT 1 - remove The Man in favour of Paper Rings

ACT 2 - perfect

ACT 3 - perfect

ACT 4 - remove LWYMMD in favour of Getaway Car

ACT 5 - add Long Live

ACT 6 - remove 22 in favour of State Of Grace

ACT 7 - perfect

ACT 8 - perfect

ACT 9 - Our Song instead of Tim McGraw

ACT 10 - YOYOK instead of Mastermind

So hey, that's my 6 little tweaks I'd suggest.

Kill off 3 folklore songs & Marjorie and give us Speak Now songs. (And also Maroon... we got ROBBED)

Cancell the tour and make a Midnights only Tour.

I would delete these

3. The Man
4. You Need to Calm Down (Shortened)
6. The Archer
7. Fearless (Shortened)
20. 22
21. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together
22. I Knew You Were Trouble (Shortened)
35. Bad Blood (Shortened)

I would keep mirrorball for the permanent set and add seven, DBATC, Mine, Maroon, Getaway Car, YOYOK (should've been the closer).

I want each era have their own 1 surprise song.

The real snub is YOKOK cause that song is fit in with the era theme so well.

right i don't understand how that doesn't have a permanent spot on the set list. her singing it with a collage of pictures throughout her life would have been perfect

She already performed FOURTY F**KING FOUR songs for OVER THREE F**KING HOURS what else do you want

to scrap the filler. or at least replace with better songs

we will be tired having to wait through this long setlist and don’t need to unnecessarily extend the run time
