Does it really need to be an international single to work? It only has to be successful in the U.S. to be a worldwide smash. As long as it's not a country song, the rest of the world is down with it.

For instance, the top 3 songs on radio right now have 100 million AI or more.  It was hardly even big on radio

Yes, due to payola. Its performance on Spotify was always sub-par. The gp had no interest in Cuff It outside of a dance challenge and radio spammed payola.

Ok? And its run was still subpar on Spotify. I guess people turned it on to do the dance challenge and then turned it off. What do you want me to do with that information? Sweet But Psycho by Ava Max is near 1 billion streams  and that song still did okay on the charts.
