Not even being biased but Tove re-wrote a lot of parts and they are worse than Dua's nn, but the song is a banger regardless

What’s the story behind the song? Was it a Dua song? For FN? Is there a Dua version? Did they write it together? Did tove changed it after without Dua?

Dua and Tove had a lot of writing sessions in 2019 for Future Nostalgia, they made quite a few songs and the only one we officially got was Cool (though technically that one wasn't really made with Tove, she just helped with some finishing touches). Borderline was the other song that was the closest to be on the album and even though it was always Dua's solo song, they wrote this one together from scratch. After being scrapped from standard edition it was heavily considered for The Moonlight Edition as well as some other side-projects that just didn't end up happening. I guess after being fully scrapped by Dua, Tove didn't want to waste its potential and decided to release it solo. She rewrote a lot of it now, but Dua still has writing credit on Tove's version.

Scorpio queen always delivering I trust her pen with my life

How I wish she dropped the deluxe before Lolla Brazil but I think she won't rush it for now

I CANT WAIT :WAP: this better grow to be a hit, Tove deserves it so much

It's not like Physical. It's a nostalgic upbeat dance track, with some old-school metallic guitars, Depeche Mode styled maybe

Does it follow the synth-pop route like NODFL or Grapefruit?

She’s going to deliver a second year in a row

Ok, this sounds like it’ll be so good. So excited it’s being released at last. Can’t wait :penguin:
