It's not a big company but not small either. The CEO, we know almost nothing about him, except he used to worked for Block B, one of their directors when they were under Stardom. 

He created Seven Seasons when they sued the company.

 

Another fact we know Block, B-Bomb, U-Kwon, Zico, Park Kyung and Taeil were heavily involved during their early training. Which explains how and why Jongho always try to reach the super high notes of Taeil.

 

They are not bad per say but they are better at managing only one act at a time.

The tea Jessica spilled was kinda good. Her parents blocking SM to debuting her when she was in middle school. 

While now parents are pushing kids to debut.

Debuting at 24 is unheard of.

Even Irene who had an extremely late debut was only 23. And the gg trend seems to be debuting younger…

I can’t think of one idol who debuted that late in the last 10 years. Even Sakura had debuted twice already before redebuting in LSFM.

 

Are you sure they didn’t say the oldest was a 2004 liner

Talking about Minnie I love her voice, she gives Idle a lot of texture, feeling like her voice suits more western type

If we take only Kdrama and J drama then not yet. 

 

However live adaptation can be big! So far One piece and ofc Alice in Bordeland were huge this year.  Yu Yu Hakusho Is performing well right now, but k content overall are more popular 

 

 

Jpop could also be big if they cared. Yoasabi and Ado particularly.
