DKZ used to be called Dongkiz previously and were absolutely nugu. This bop deserved better.

 

but once the BL did well, this comeback did really well too and the group went on to sell 200k albums 

Seoham’s group though, KNK, didn’t get the chance to capitalize off the BL’s success because Seoham left the group before it’s release and later went to the military, and also they didn’t have a comeback. 
this gem is still on repeat to this day

so yeah acting on BL does wonders for nugu groups, although I wanna see members of big bgs do them too

no, there was actually a group where two of their members starred in a BL. i should know, i used to be a staple of the BL thread lol. the group is called Omega X. but Jaechan is probably the most successful example of an idol that starred in a K-BL since his group actually got to win a music show after starring in GODmantic Error.
