No one ever said STAYC was at the top of the 4th gen bffr. However, neither is ITZY as they peaked at debut.

(G)i-dle has always been more of a 3rd gen group than 4th to me. They just give off that vibe. 

 

ITZY does feel like a shift between 3rd and 4th.

musically they clear their sister groups but it’s just wild to see the difference in success songwise

 

As You Wish is a NYE staple but it’s basically N/A 364.5 days a year
