Who do you think has more impact worldwide and why?

 

Both are the most successful women of this century.
 

“Impact” is not a tangible measurement so this thread is going to be purely subjective takes that basically just devolve into people trashing the one they don’t like out of these two in favor of the other. Hopefully the bait isn’t taken and people can just uplift both ladies.

I think Adele's impact is bigger cause her rise to fame made popular music very boring for at least 5 years. At the same time Adele feels like an afterthought nowadays so maybe Taylor. I'm torn.

The biggest new pop artist of the 2020’s is Olivia Rodrigo. That alone kinda ends the debate. Taylor’s impact ?‍♀️

Taylor for sure. Her consistency has been more impactful than Adele’s highs.

adele is literally like the modern day norah jones or garth brooks. so many sales, so little cultural impact

Adele will still have the bigger albums so yeah what's left for Miss swift? Highest tours all cuz the USA seems right too

Adele, the way 21 and 25 are among the biggest selling albums ever, being released in the 2010s

 

But Taylor's impact is huge too, no one can deny that.
