Uhh... she can perform whatever she wants 

 

The only issue she's had with that was for the AMA's AOTD medley, where scooter threatened to block her because the live performances may have counted as a re-recording and that was before she was contractually allowed to re-record anything. She doesn't have that problem anymore for anything but reputation, and by the time she goes on tour next spring/summer, she won't have the issue there either (not that she was ever blocked from performing the songs in the first place, she just couldn't do it on television).
