It's not my absolute favorite (neither is Oops tho, to be fair), but a bop - she definitely deserved to cross over at least a bit in the US. I'm surprised Samantha Mumba did tbh - I never heard of her or Gotta Tell You til very recently yet I was alive when Gotta Tell You was released (thus, it likely didn't have Oops-level cultural impact here)

 

Piper's highest US chart entry seems to be "She Wants You" at #23 on the Bubbling Under, robbed  making Anastacia look like a massive US success in comparison
