Say So was an objective hit, including on Top 40, so radio programmers clearly has absolved Dr. Luke in the court of public opinion (even though Ke$ha's legal case isn't technically over yet which someone can correct me on if I'm wrong) so she'll be fine in that department. 

 

The Covid testicle controversy was a massive story (bigger than Petty I'd argue) as well but I don't think either will have that much of an impact.

 

I haven't heard Pound the Alarm, Anaconda or Super Bass on Top 40 in a while so maybe the comeback to Pop will help her. Most of this will come down to streaming. I predict it'll be big, Top 10 definitely.

 

I honestly can't stand her and I'm saying all this just trying to be objective.

Theoretically, and I'm not that invested in the argument, that some court would rule against Dr. Luke and then according to the Animals' argument, radio would be less likely to playlist future songs he'd produce.
