I'm not even a Beyoncé stan but was excited for a proper roll out and worldwide domination ala Confessions on a Dancefloor.

 

Creating buzz, which it obviously done. ATRL was crashing for a week straight/
Having a single & presence on Radio- being exposed to the GP again.
Using these 2 things to drive pre-orders (physical/Vinyls/Digitals_ and gradually raise the value of her brand elsewhere including streaming

Could it be more exciting? Sure. 
Could there be something up her sleave? Maybe.
Is this some crazy abnormal rollout? With the exception of the video, no. I find it hard to believe you're not stan but feel that 2 weeks without news is too much

She was on a worldwide tour when Self Titled dropped and the world literally stopped.

 Everyone knew the album was out and her YT interview gave us  BTS. 
 

There was no chance in hell Beyonce was going to go on Jimmy or Jimmy to discuss the content of Lemonade.  Please. 

 

She likely wants to first perform the song after the visual is out.  She probably wants to discuss the album fully after its release too.  Then she may go on a press tour, or she may not lol.  Theres a reason the Vogue article was so superficial. She wants us to experience the music before anyone else talks about, discusses or critiques it.

Pretty much this. It's ridiculous.

I'm okay with the lack of promo but the way she makes her fans anxious and begging for any info about things is pretty ridiculous. Shes Beyoncé, she surely isnt low profile or modest or whatever so why being so blase, dropping stuff and going reticent until the last minute? It doesnt make her look cool, it make people think she isnt too excited about her music career tbh. We all know she will deliver quality but a new alberm 6 years ater Lemone deserved a lil bit more fanfare.
