I have to second this unfortunately. There should be a requirement to have at least 5 Billion streams to be able to be able to get out of the early 2000's box. 

 

Only a few iconic names made it thus far though. Christina, Beyonce, Britney and P!nk came to mind on top of my head. Hoping Avril will get there before the 2030's, she deserves it.
