I REALLY want Mabel to be a success and it's so sad to see where she's at, especially compared to Dua Lipa who was a similar point in her career before her second album and now looking at how far apart they are. It's not over for Mabel yet though, it only takes one song to take off a la Don't Call Me Up in 2019 and then she can get back on track

The exaggerations over 2 collabs is just  Anne-Marie had 4 collab singles in a row (out of the 5 singles from the album) and her album wasn't (nor needed to be) a "collaborations album".

Especially when it's obviously not just some random artist, 24kGoldn is completely unknown in the UK so it won't help blow the song up unlike if she just got someone awful like Ardee to feature instead- the exaggerations on just about everything in the old threads were laughable but at least they're gone now lol

Also Good Luck was scheduled for release before LTK underperformed, the album teaser had parts of the music video. Overthinking is old too, so her team is not even running to get a last second collaboration.

He probably got added after but it's not like they're scrambling to get some currently popular artist on it anyway

Now I’m seriously scared about the cover art of the album 

Based on the pic she posted on Twitter the video will have 00s vibes, that makes the cover less horrid
