I think most people would be happy to pay for ATRL+ features as they are as a starting point. I know it might like they’re not enough, but they might be valuable enough for some people to pay the price.

 

You can always expand it with additional features and bonuses over time. In that sense, users’ financial contributions might even speed up the process compared to ads.

I wonder how much these ads actually make since ATRL doesn’t have like millions of users? Everyone here is broke and/or a communist, and ads are pretty useless unless people actually click on them and buy stuff. 
 

i wonder if it wouldn’t be better to bring ATRL plus/premium back, or maybe do Patreon-Feed for financing? I imagine even a couple dozen users buying it would net more money than these ads.

They're a mild annoyance tbh. Are the ads actually gonna help the site? Because I got a 503 error just yesterday, and I find it doubtful that they'll ever truly go away.

That’s only if you’re doing affiliate advertising. This is not that.
