i think it's something to do with this

Refresh tokens are used by Last.fm to access your Spotify listening data and automatically scrobble it to your Last.fm profile.

After July 20th you will need to reconnect your Spotify account to Last.fm every 6 months otherwise our access to your account will expire and scrobbling from Spotify will stop until you reconnect it again.

not to me, i just saw it on reddit, i think it might just be a mobile app thing cos it's still working on my desktop app afaict
