I find out ingredients to Coca-Cola and tell myself I will no longer drink it despite not ever drinking it? I prefer sprite. Then something happens where I obsess about banning myself from cola so then I get an urge to drink it. Next thing I know I go from drinking cola 3 times a year MAX to now 4 times in one month. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

I did the same thing to red meat. I told myself I would try to go a week without eating red meat and I almost made it but once I failed, I could not stop eating red meat. I ate more than I ate previously.
