Seems like they got the info from this leaked "document"  Cause Article 16 (Protection of Victim Students) and Article 17 (Countermeasures against Aggressor Students) were allegedly used against her. Article 16-2 (Protection of Disabled Students) is not seen here though  So they saw 16 and ran with it  

HYBE so far sued people spreading rumors about her, not the victims cause no victim said anything to this day.

Fei's Chinese singles were so good  Her and Jia were guest performers in the 2nd season and performed with the contestants back then so maybe they'll be back for the 3rd season too. I saw this on Twitter too, I don't know if it's true but would be legendaric if this happened

I mean she still kinda managed to have a decent solo career in Korea despite the sabotages from SM. 

 

But I'm happy she's focusing on the Chinese market. They always supported her and there are many opportunities available. Plus she won't be blocked by Korea-China political tensions because she's a U.S. citizen, not Korean. 

 

People were dragging her for going on this show, but it's one of the popular ones in China and she's already getting a lot of attention on Weibo etc. for her participation.
