Not Hybe already debuting a new 5 membered gg, just right after kicking out Garam, and all of them being Garam clones as well And not them being a Le Sserafim 2.0 in general 

Like why would they debut another gg with 5 members when it has just been announced that Le Sserafim will be a 5 membered group from now on as well? Why would they even debut 2 ggs in the same year, that have similar concepts? 
NewJeans is giving Le Sserafim vibes since they both have this elegant and commercial aura and concept. Like people will get them mixed up, since both of them are from the same company, who have 5 members as well with the same vibes. I could definitely see Le Sserafim record this song and having the exact same mv as well. “Attention” is probably a Le Sserafim reject.

The girls literally said stuff like this back in 2007 when SNSD debuted (and before that when BoA debuted). It isn’t going to happen.

Idk based off this video she is Australian lol. Unless she got taught English by an Australian but that accent sounds very authentic.

For the tax advantages.  And now that Lee Sooman and Yang Hyunsuk have ruined it for everyone with their paper companies, these "sub-labels" kinda have to be real companies now.  But hey, that's how the world got Loona!

And both “Attention” and “Fearless” being non-vocal songs with talk singing and having the same structure kinda.
