Daite... is an album track from Seiko Matsuda's 15th album Citron, which is considered her best (if that's her best, I shudder to think about what is her worst). It was written by Takashi Matsumoto and produced by David Foster, who is mostly famous for producing Christmas albums. The song was covered in English by Kim Carnes (Bette Daves Eyes) under the title of 'Hold Me' for Seiko's tribute album in 1991 and by some American Idol contestant in 2010 under the title of 'Hold Back My Heart'.

this song sounds like those power ballads from 80s rock bands, its a HIT!

should've been given to someone whose vocals have the power to carry a power ballad but an enjoyable song nonetheless

Iro White Blend is Miho Nakayama's 4th single. It was written and produced by Mariya Takeuchi. The song reached no. 5 on the weekly chart but had a consistent run, ending up as the year's 34th most successful single. While working on the song, Mariya taught Miho how to pronounce the English sounds correctly. Miho thought that the song was perfect for concerts as she could the audience to wave something white. The song was self-covered by Miho for her last studio album Neuf Neuf, and Mariyah covered it for REQUEST, which includes the songs she wrote for other artists.

its cute but probably the weakest among her early songs in this rate 

mariya's version is superior but gorgeous nonetheless, the kind of song that uplifts you and reminds you that life can be beautiful in the midst of all the chaos

FIXER -WHILE THE WOMEN ARE SLEEPING- is Akina Nakamori's song from her 24th album FIXER and her late-career entry. It was also released as her 51st single and reached no. 32 on the weekly Oricon chart. Akina participated in writing and producing the song under her Miran moniker. The album version has a slightly different arrangement from the single one. It was used as the theme song for movie 'Onna ga Neru Toki' (literally While The Women Are Sleeping).

Sotsugyou is Momoko Kikuchi's 4th single and her signature song, having sold about 400k copies in Japan. It hit no. 1 on the weekly charts and became the 11th best-selling song of 1985. It was written by Yasushi Akimoto, the man behind Onyanko Club and AKB, and produced by Tetsuji Hayashi, who was responsible for most of her singles and such hits as Akina's Kita Wing and ANRI's I CAN'T STOP THE LONELINESS. The song was also featured in Momoko's dorama under the same.
