The way that the GP has been mistreating Rated R since 2009…

Her streaming numbers are insane. She was #13 on Global Spotify on Saturday and #15 on Sunday which counts only lead songs. With features she was #9 with 26m streams. She could easily be doing 30-35m if she had released a couple of albums since 2016.

Them having the same amount of albums out really puts things into perspective. I honestly don't think she can put out anything as cohesive as Bey's last 3-4 albums.

What Rih has never done that Bey's last albums had going is a strong narrative/theme, which I would love for Rih to narrow her focus and do something similar but they have two completely different styles. I think shes capable of crafting an album of that caliber, its just not her natural approach to making music.

I rather get good songs than an album being cohesive just to be cohesive

This would be a nightmare, it's not working for Bey either, her last efforts are a mess and it's straight up unlistenable with 0 replay value (besides a couple Renny tracks) unless you already had been worshipping her and obsessed with her lore. 
 

King Rih will hopefully deliver an excellent bouquet of different genres and sounds and themes again, a formula she had been doing and eventually perfected with Anti.

People need to realise that Rihanna made music for the whole world, not just for the 12 of us here who are obsessed with her

 

Bey's next album could be clown themed and her fans would still sell out those stadiums in clown costumes while the rest of the world wouldn't even know she has new music out
