This! I had a similar experience in the past with my previous boss, and even though I did discuss with HR/managers they haven't done anything at all but they perfectly knew how toxic it was After a few years of complaining/trying to move forward hoping for it to change somehow, I decided that it was better for me to leave since my mental health was much more important than the job itself (which I quite liked, btw) Since a few months, I've started at a new place and I'm very happy with the colleagues and generally the mood of the company I work for Apparently my former colleagues are now doing much worse since they write me on a weekly basis that I've made the right decision and things are getting worse there...
